Spending new year's at this hotel was an amazing experience. the view from the hotel room was stunning, the hygiene was top-notch, and the spa center had everything I needed to relax and start the new year right. the location was perfect, with everything nearby. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
the room was a bit small and there wasn't enough space to store my clothes.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which made it very easy to go out and explore. The room was spacious and clean, with great views of the surrounding area. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of dishes to choose from.
The hotel lacked decent customer service. The staff were unhelpful and inattentive, which made me feel unwelcome.

The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight for me was the spa center, which offered a variety of amenities such as swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and more. The additional procedures and massages provided were also worth trying. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast spread was diverse and plentiful. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to parks, shops, and restaurants. the rooms are clean and spacious with a lovely view of either the town or the mountains. the staff is friendly and polite, ready to accommodate every need. to the gym, the hotel also offers great spa facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and massages.
Despite its great location and facilities, the breakfast options could use some improvement.
